Packing.
Light packing. Involves a little lifting. Brain still bad. On a 2-day almost-fast. Main food is cocoa. I was dipping into mad-made chili - frozen years ago. Tastes so weird cold, but so good hot(!) Can't dip into that again until July 27. Confirmed Thurs appt. Still should make Walmart order. It's amazing how many sardines we go through ( Read more... ) -
After the Abuse.
Being in touch w/ LL-sister, today, was a deeply disturbing affair, healthwise. Thank goodness I got a few things accomplished prior to all that. Afterwards, I was too ill to do any of the lifting I had planned, or to get on to my own choices / applications for a place in which to live - AGAIN. She drains the lifeblood and time out of me.
